TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PRICE MATCH

1. For eligibility, the following terms and conditions need to be met;

 - A written quote must be supplied

 - Products must be equal in specifications

 - Product must be currently advertised in print or electronic media (Including newspaper, catalogue or online)

 - Product must be in stock at the competitor

 - The competitor’s price is current and must be inclusive of delivery fees, taxes and charges

 - The competitor’s price excludes finance, coupon offers, loyalty rewards, free bonus goods,

    installation, package deal, rebates or cash back

 - The competitor is an Australian Business and located in Australia

 

2. The following exclusions apply;

 - Products for sale via auction, stock liquidations, fire sale, special price, sale or clearance

   (including eBay)

 - Damaged goods, blemished goods, returned goods, seconds, refurbished or ex- display stock

 - Advertising errors where the competitor has published a rectification notice

 - Special event, club or membership offers, third-party promotions or prices not available to the

   general public

 - Special order products
